01 / Available payment methods
The methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by location, device, and payment provider.
Only use the payment options offered through our checkout. If you are unsure whether a payment request is genuine, contact us before proceeding.
02 / Review your order total
Before submitting payment, review the selected products, quantities, delivery address, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges under its own terms. These charges are separate from amounts identified by our store.
03 / Authorization and unsuccessful payments
Orders require successful payment authorization. A declined, interrupted, or incomplete payment may prevent an order from being completed.
If payment appears unsuccessful, check for an order confirmation before trying again. Contact us if you are unsure whether an order was created.
A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Your payment provider can explain the status and release timing of pending transactions.
04 / Keep sensitive information private
Enter payment information only through the checkout process. Never email us full card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or one-time verification codes.
If you send a payment screenshot for assistance, redact sensitive financial information. No online system can guarantee complete protection against every security risk.
05 / Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email service@yxakdfk.asia with your order number, transaction date, and a brief description.
We will review the available records. For suspected unauthorized use of your payment account, also contact your payment provider promptly.
06 / Refunds
Approved refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and returned through the original payment method. Payment-provider posting times may differ from our processing time.
